The things that i do when i feel angry to someone

1. when you are angry, you are unstable and irrational, dont you ever do any decision or anything.
( just be silent and think)

2. when you are angry, take wudhuk, perform solah, and read the Holy Quran.

3. when you are angry, listen to song take can make you feel relief.

4. when you are angry, open one book and write down what you feel.

5. when you angry, talk to somene that you trust.

6. when you are angry, it's better you to sleep.
